The words “Jennifer Lopez” and “hair bow” don't really go together; the musician and actor is best known for her long, va-va-voom blowouts and slicked-back buns, less so for fanciful hair accessories, no matter how trendy they may be. But for Easter, Lopez leaned into the pastel vibes of the holiday, bedecking her messy updo with the cutest, teeniest metallic pink bow.
Lopez shared a few selfies to Instagram on April 20, sending Easter wishes to her fans and followers and giving us a peek at her holiday look in the process. She wore her hair pulled up in an undone twist with the front portions pulled out to keep it casual, with the bow placed directly behind; in the first selfie, it looks like it could be a barrette or a pin, but in her third snapshot, you can see it's a skinny headband. The bow itself is a pastel pinky-lavender shade with a metallic texture and perfectly matches her floral Valentino sweater. (This is J. Lo we're talking about, after all!) She kept the pink palette going on her eyes with a soft wash of shadow, flushed cheeks, and a light pink satin lip color. Lopez accessorized her low-key Easter glam with a purple Easter necklace and her very own bunny-shaped basket.

While the star may favor a big hat over a hair bow, she has worn a bow before, albeit a much more formal version than this sweet little headband. After all, the coquettish accessory has been one of the biggest hair trends of the past few years, co-signed by trendsetters like Lopez's Hustlers costar Cardi B and Zendaya. In early 2024, we spotted Lopez at the Elie Saab show during Paris Fashion Week wearing a moss-green velvet bow pinned in her flippy bob. Who says bows are only for Easter baskets? Not us, and not Jennifer Lopez!
